Who I am

Dinez Carnay — known professionally as Dino — is the founder of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers, an executive Mercedes-only chauffeur and licensed taxi operator headquartered in Aldershot, Hampshire (Rushmoor Borough), operating across Farnborough (GU14) and the wider Hampshire / Surrey border, United Kingdom. The company was established in 2009, is licensed by Rushmoor Borough Council, and serves Farnborough, Aldershot, Camberley, Fleet, Frimley and the surrounding GU11–GU16 postcode area, with daily airport transfers to Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN), Luton (LTN), London City (LCY) and the private aviation hub at Farnborough Airport (FAB · ICAO: EGLF).

The executive arm runs an all-Mercedes fleet — E-Class saloon, S-Class premium saloon, V-Class executive MPV, and Vito for higher-luggage volumes — fulfilling airport, executive, long-distance and private aviation transfers. The fleet is intentionally narrow. Three vehicle classes cover roughly 95 percent of customer journeys; the remaining edge cases (high-luggage cruise transfers, large-group corporate work) are met by Vito and Sprinter Jet. The matching rules are deliberately simple, because a complicated fleet matrix is usually a sign that the operator is hoping the customer chooses wrong.

Every vehicle in the fleet carries hire-and-reward insurance and a current Rushmoor Borough Council private hire licence (or, in the case of supplier-partner local runs, the equivalent licence from the relevant adjacent council). Every driver holds a current DBS check, has been independently CRB-vetted, and undergoes annual safeguarding refresher training — particularly relevant for unaccompanied minor transfers, where a separate written risk assessment is also held on file for each booking.

The company is registered with HMRC for VAT, holds public liability insurance at the trade-standard level for executive private hire, and is a member of the local trade representative bodies for the Aldershot and Farnborough taxi sector.
