Exactly where we meet you — terminal by terminal

International flights: we meet you in front of the WHSmith store entrance. Domestic flights: we meet you in front of arrivals.
Terminal 3
In front of the WHSmith store entrance. As you step out of the Duty Free main door you will see well-wishers on both sides — walk towards the middle and then to the right, where WHSmith sits next to the Boots pharmacy.
Terminal 4
As you come out of the Customs / Duty Free area, double doors lead to arrivals with Costa Coffee in front of you. Take the left exit and your driver will be just off to the right.
Terminal 5
International arrivals: between the orange elevator and Costa Coffee — from either Customs / Duty Free exit, face Costa and take the exit on your left towards the orange elevator. Domestic arrivals: in front of the Giraffe coffee shop.
